Known as a strong executor and communicator who is relationship driven, highly organized, conscientious, detail-oriented, Amy Lynn is committed to providing you with exceptional service and value that exceeds expectations. With a varied background in customer service, sales, personal coaching, training, event planning, program coordination and entrepreneurial endeavors, she brings a wide array of skills and knowledge to each client interaction.
When Amy Lynn isn’t serving or engaging in conversations with clients, you can find her in the kitchen creating something delicious, connecting over a hot beverage with family and friends or simply enjoying some downtime with her husband Jason.

Jason Wenschlag, Ed.D

Jason is an executive coach, facilitator, instructional designer, and writer who served as a leader in education for 26 years. He is passionate about leadership coaching, individual and team development, and helping leaders create organizational culture build on trust, clarity, employee engagement, and effective systems that drive employee satisfaction and results.
Believing that every leader, team, and organization has different needs, Jason prides himself on developing programs and solutions specific to the needs of each customer. He combines his education and experience with effective tools or assessments and customizes solutions that are engaging, relevant, and effective at helping leaders accomplish their goals.
When Jason is not facilitating, coaching, or creating programs for clients, he is often writing or reading, traveling or spending time with Amy Lynn and family or friends, following sports, or learning more about investments and stock trading!
